Connect OpenClaw with Notion, Drive and CRM

The most productive OpenClaw setups connect messaging with your tools. Here's the guide for Notion, Drive and CRM.

Notion: connect knowledge base

Install Notion MCP (see MCP setup), restrict the integration to specific pages or workspaces. Skills like research or weekly-report use Notion read/write.

Google Drive: files & folders

Set up Google Drive MCP via OAuth. Add only specific folders to the integration — never the whole drive. Skills like doc-summarize or contract-review need this.

HubSpot/Pipedrive: CRM care

HubSpot MCP supports contacts, deals, activities. Pipedrive analogously. Skills like crm-update, deal-status, follow-up-suggestions hang off this.

Example workflow: voice memo to CRM entry

Staff sends voice memo via WhatsApp: "Met Hans Müller at MüllerGmbH today, interested in our premium package, send a proposal by Friday." Pipeline: Whisper STT → CRM MCP finds Hans Müller in HubSpot → skill adds activity log → task "Proposal by Friday" is created → confirm reply to staff.

Security: minimise scopes

Notion: only read/write scope on a workspace. Drive: only one folder. CRM: read-many, write-only-via-skill with approval. Never org-wide write.

Frequent questions

Still open questions?

Write us at hello@openclaw-os.com or book a call directly. We'll take the time.

What if the CRM MCP server crashes?
Skills that need it fail with a clear error message. OpenClaw doesn't stop the whole daemon.
Can the bot create Notion pages?
Yes, with write access. We recommend: only in a dedicated 'OpenClaw' workspace, not in the main knowledge base.
Salesforce instead of HubSpot?
Salesforce MCP exists, but is more complex (multiple APIs, sandbox-aware). We set this up — custom effort, see MCP service.
