OpenClaw as OS

OpenClaw as the AI operating system for your company.

Not yet another chat window. We make OpenClaw the work layer over inbox, CRM, Drive, calendar, browser and recurring tasks — driven from messaging.

The problem

Why this matters right now.

AI often stays a personal shortcut for individuals. Without a channel strategy, MCP scoping, skill standard and review process there is no scalable productivity.

Our approach

Here's how we do it.

We connect daemon, channels, MCP servers, skills, voice, canvas and Tailscale into a working model that teams can repeat, review and lead.

What's included

The full package.

OS

Multiple surfaces

Messengers, voice, canvas and Tailscale remote — used by task type, not in competition with each other.

AG

Channel rules

Allowlists, requireMention, group behaviour, DM-vs-channel logic — explicitly documented.

SK

Skill catalog

Repeatable work is stored as a skill with examples, sources and execution rules.

MC

Tool layer

MCP servers give OpenClaw scoped access to Drive, Notion, CRM, GitHub, calendar and internal APIs.

VC

Voice & canvas

Voice memos turn into tasks, notes, CRM entries. The canvas shows live what OpenClaw is doing.

RV

Review practice

Human approval stays in the loop: mentions, confirms, audit trail and an emergency switch are part of the process.

How it works

From first call to a productive OpenClaw workflow.

  1. 01

    Analyse

30-min check + process map. We pinpoint the 3 workflows where OpenClaw saves time fastest, and which channels are mandatory.

  2. 02

    Setup

Daemon, channels, skills, MCP, allowlists, requireMention, Tailscale and the live dashboard configured cleanly and live.

  3. 03

    Training

Your team works on real tasks: WhatsApp inbox triage, weekly Slack-DM reports, voice-memo-to-CRM, skill maintenance.

  4. 04

    Operations

calver updates, skill extensions, channel care, security reviews, backups and an emergency off-switch — so OpenClaw doesn't fade out.

Packages

Three entry points. One outcome: OpenClaw that works.

Frequent questions

Still open questions?

Write us at hello@openclaw-os.com or book a call directly. We'll take the time.

Is this just installing OpenClaw?
No. Installing is the smallest part. The decisions are channel strategy, MCP scoping, skills, review culture and repeatable workflows.
Can OpenClaw help outside engineering?
Yes — especially for inbox, offers, reports, research, QA and process automation, on the messengers your team already uses.
What's the first sensible step?
A small pilot with 1 channel and 1–2 skills (e.g. WhatsApp + inbox triage). Real usage decides the wider rollout.
What does a complete OpenClaw setup cost?
Starter starts at €1,850, Business at €5,900 and Enterprise from €14,900. Ongoing maintenance starts at €180/month. LLM costs (OpenAI, Anthropic, local models) run separately.
Is OpenClaw only useful for engineers?
No. That's the whole point of openclaw-os.com: OpenClaw becomes a work assistant for inbox, offers, reports, meetings, research, knowledge and routines — over the channels your team already uses (WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, iMessage, voice).
Which channels make sense?
We usually start with the channel your team already lives in: WhatsApp and Telegram for external comms, Slack/Teams internally, iMessage on macOS, Discord for communities. The multi-channel strategy follows reality, not technology.
