2. Server logs

Firebase Hosting processes technically necessary logs (IP, timestamp, URL, referrer, user-agent). Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).

3. Cal.com booking

The Cal.com calendar is not loaded automatically. It loads only when you click the booking button. From that moment Cal.com may process name, email, booking details, IP and browser data. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b). See cal.com/privacy.

4. Fonts

Fonts are self-hosted. No request to Google Fonts.

5. Google Analytics with consent

If the consent banner allows analytics we use Google Analytics 4. Without consent the script is not loaded. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(a).

6. Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.

7. Third-country transfers

lol.marketing LLC is located in the USA. Where applicable we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
